# How Does Monetization Work

To optimize the monetization process just described, we've formed partnerships with prominent Web3 advertising leaders, namely [**Slise.xyz**](https://www.slise.xyz/) and [**Hypelab.com**](https://hypelab.com/) (currently in the integration phase). These two networks are the top players in the Web3 advertising landscape, boasting collaborations with industry giants such as [**PayPal**](https://paypal.com/), [**3Commas**](https://3commas.io/), [**Ledger**](https://3commas.io/), [**Trezor**](https://trezor.io/), [**Zerion**](https://zerion.io/), and many others. These strategic alliances guarantee that Ally users maximize rewards for every ad they interact with.

Here's how the user journey works:

1. Users install our Chrome extension.
2. They complete the standard onboarding process for the crypto wallet.
3. Our extension seamlessly replaces existing ads with Web3 ads by the above-mentioned networks.
4. Whenever an ad is viewed, the wallet, working in the background, logs the viewing activity on IPFS.
5. An accredited entity cross-checks the viewing activity with data from the ad network to validate the address claim. **This mechanism, together with Ally’s own rate limits, safeguards against potential Sybil attacks, as the ad network may decline activity deemed to be generated by bots**. This entity also registers the amount paid by the advertiser for displaying the ad on IPFS. As transparency from Web3 ad networks increases, this process can be decentralized through a network of nodes.
6. Leveraging the [LayerZero Omnichain Fungible Token](https://layerzero.gitbook.io/docs/evm-guides/layerzero-omnichain-contracts) standard, compatible with both EVMs and non-EVMs, users can claim their advertising rewards from a smart contract on any supported network, either monthly or at longer intervals.
